Welcome to our curated collection of LEAP Friendly Foods on Amazon! These are products containing only MRT tested ingredients that we have enjoyed and have found useful for our family and clients. (Click on the image for the Amazon affiliate product.)

Notes: One of my favorite gluten free pastas. Make sure to add 1 tablespoon sea salt to the cooking water for optimum flavor!
Tomato Products (corn free)
Organic Tomato Paste by Bionature | Ingredients: Tomatoes
Notes: I like Bionature products and it is very hard to come by tomatoes in jars and tomato products without citric acid (which is often made from corn.) Non-Dairy Milks
Organic Canned Coconut Milk – just coconut! Comes in a can and is full fat
Organic Coconut Milk – just coconut without any gums/fillers/stabilizers! Comes in an aseptic packages (not a can) and is full fat.
Cashew Milk Powder | 1 ingredient nut milk powder 1 ingredient nut milk! No gums/fillers/additives! Notes: Blend 1 tablespoon of Nutbase with desired quantity of water for 30 seconds to yield delicious plant milk. Great for travel, too!

Nut Butters
Artisana Organic Cashew Butter | Ingredients: Organic Raw Cashews
Notes: Mix in your favorite LEAP friendly sweetener and some flavoring such as salt, vanilla, cinnamon, or even a spice to ramp this up a notch
Almond Butter | Ingredients: Dry Roasted Almonds (no palm oil or sweetener!)
Pecan Butter | Ingredients: Pecans + Sea Salt
Cereals and Grains
Amaranth (a gluten free grain) | Ingredients: Amaranth
Whole Millet by Bob’s Red Mill | Ingredients: Whole Millet (gluten free)
Notes: Millet is gluten free and has a taste that resembles corn. Pairs well with mexican dishes and will make a nice sweet cereal with your favorite sweetener and fruit topping.
Naturally gluten free. Cooks in about 15-20 minutes on the stovetop. Tastes a bit like corn. Goes great with mexican dishes in place of rice!
Grind millet in a high powered blender to create millet “grits”.
Puffed Millet by Arrowhead Mills | Ingredients: Whole Millet (gluten free)
Notes: Try mixed with your favorite nut butter and a LEAP Friendly sweetener to make a wholesome snack (add some dried fruits, shredded coconut, and chocolate chips if you like.) To enjoy as a cereal you might wish to add a dash of sea salt to your bowl along with some LEAP friendly milk and some fruit.
Organic Buckwheat Groats | Ingredients: Organic Buckwheat (naturally gluten free)
Tapioca Flour/Starch by Bob’s Red Mill | Ingredients: Tapioca (gluten free)
Notes: Try making your own tapioca crepe
Tapioca Pearls | Ingredients: Tapioca (gluten free)
Notes: Use this to make tapioca pudding – quite possibly the best comfort food ever!
Oat Flour by Bob’s Red Mill | Ingredients: Oats (not gluten free)
Note: try in muffins or in pancakes. Will work best with quick breads/crackers/muffins/cookies/pancakes. Will need to blend with a gluten containing grain for a yeasted bread.
Beans
Navy Beans | Ingredients: Navy Beans, Sea Salt
Notes: Excellent in our Brownie Batter Hummus or Fiesta Hummus in place of chickpeas!

NuCo Coconut Wraps | Ingredients: Coconut, Water
Rye Bread by Mestermacher | Ingredients: Whole Kernel Rye, Water, Wholemeal Rye Flour, Salt, Oat Fiber, Yeast (Baker’s Yeast)
Notes: May taste better toasted! Freeze some of the loaves until later use!
Baking/Flavors/Sweeteners
Hain Baking Powder (corn free!) | Ingredients: Monocalcium Phosphate, Potato Starch, Potassium Bicarbonate
Date Nectar | Ingredients: Dates
Notes: Naturally sweet – wonderful on oatmeal or sweet potatoes or even as a sweetener for coffee. Adds a rich flavor without being overpowering!

Notes: Naturally sweet – wonderful on oatmeal or sweet potatoes or even as a sweetener for coffee/tea. Adds a rich flavor without being overpowering!
Sweet Potato Nectar | Ingredients: Sweet Potato
Notes: This is very strong flavored but may be an alternative if you are reactive to many of the traditional liquid sweeteners such as maple syrup and honey!
Beet Sugar by NOW Foods | Ingredients: Non-GMO sugar from sugar beets
Notes: use 1:1 in place of granulated sugar (which is either cane or beet sugar traditionally). Some may find it sweeter than typical granulated sugar.
Whole Cane Sugar by Wholesome Sweeteners | Ingredients: Unrefined, Non-GMO cane sugar
Notes: Use 1:1 in place of granulated sugar (which is either cane or beet sugar traditionally). Some may find it sweeter than typical granulated sugar. This sugar has a pleasant caramel-like taste!
Carob Powder – Bob’s Red Mill | Ingredients: Carob
Notes: Try in place of cocoa in your favorite recipes. From the manufacturer: “To substitute Carob Powder for cocoa, replace 1 part cocoa with 1.5 to 2 parts carob by weight. To substitute for chocolate, use 3 Tbsp. Carob Powder and 1 Tbsp. water in place of each square of chocolate.Keeps best refrigerated or frozen.
Condiments
Sir Kensington’s Avocado Oil Mayonnaise | Ingredients: Avocado Oil, Egg Yolks, Water, Distilled Vinegar, Fair Trade Organic Cane Sugar, Salt, Lime Juice Concentrate, Mustard Flour, Black Pepper, Lime Oil.
Sir Kensington’s Organic Mayonnaise | Ingredients: Organic Sunflower Oil, Organic Certified Humane Free Range Egg Yolks, Water, Organic Distilled Vinegar, Organic Lemon Juice, Fair Trade Organic Cane Sugar, Salt, Organic Ground Mustard, Organic Black Pepper
Protein Powders
Organic Brown Rice Protein Powder by Nutribiotic | Plain | Ingredients: Sprouted Brown Rice
Notes: Fairly neutral tasting protein powder that blends well with fruit/sweet tastes, as well as savory options.
For a simple recipe, mash 1 banana with 1 scoop of Rice protein powder and sprinkle your favorite nuts or seeds on top for a balanced snack or breakfast option.
Grass Fed Collagen Protein Powder by Vital Proteins | Ingredients: Beef Collagen
Notes: Neutral tasting protein powder that blends well with fruit/sweet tastes, as well as savory options. Mixes easily in hot or cold water. Use to increase protein content of your favorite hot drink or hot cereal!
To make your own marshmallows, I recommend the grass fed gelatin.
Helpful to Keep on Hand
Activated Charcoal: I have my clients keep this activated charcoal on hand for unexpected food reactions. It helps “mop up the damage” but should never be used to continue to eat foods that you know cause a reaction for you! Take at least 1 hour away from any medications or supplements or foods (unless you have a food reaction right away after eating a new food.) Take 1-2 capsules with 8 oz of water. Does contain gelatin (Assumed to be beef or pork). If highly reactive to either beef or pork you can empty these capsules into water and drink.

These products below contain a few untested, yet wholesome ingredients that may be options for you as you expand your food plan in later stages of LEAP diet therapy.
Organic Peppermint Candy by Yum Earth | Ingredients: Cane sugar + Brown Rice Syrup + Natural Flavors (peppermint oil).
Notes: This does not distinctly say only peppermint oil so I would wait until you are able to try untested foods with guidance from your Certified LEAP Therapist. You can contact the company to verify the “natural flavors” if you are curious (I am awaiting their response from my inquiry)
Organic Lemon Candy by Yum Earth | Ingredients: Organic Cane Sugar + Organic Brown Rice Syrup + Citric Acid (from tapioca per the company site) + Natural Flavors (Lemon Oils) +Turmeric (Color)
Notes: This does not distinctly say only lemon oil so I would wait until you are able to try untested foods with guidance from your Certified LEAP Therapist. You can contact the company to verify the “natural flavors” if you are curious (I am awaiting their response from my inquiry)
