Unlike most commercial manufacturers of vanilla who use a quick heat process to infuse their extract, we infuse our vanilla extract by the cold-process method for over nine months to bring you an unmistakably mature and complex flavor.
We add nothing other than high quality vanilla beans and alcohol for extraction… no water, corn syrup, or caramel colors dilute the quality of our extract. Our vanilla is naturally gluten free (though it is processed in a facility that also processes wheat.) Although this is still considered a single fold extract, we exceed the FDA requirement of vanilla bean weight required per unit of alcohol, thus you may find that your recipes do not require quite as much of our high quality extract to deliver a delicious vanilla essence.
