Why I created my Wholesome Foundations course
One comment I hear time and again from clients and friends after they talk to me is that they feel encouraged and inspired —and that being healthy doesn’t seem as hard after we talk.
They like that I provide practical and helpful ideas to help them meet their goals. That’s the encouragement that want I want to share with you in this course.
This course forms the foundation of what I teach my clients in person and what I practice in my own home with my own family.
How it all began
I first taught this class to a group of ladies one winter in the living room of a dear friend’s home. I wanted to offer an alternative to the health messages out there that can fill us with anxiety and dread — or that lead us to make quick changes that really don’t last (or worse, can be harmful to our health).
We had a wonderful time drinking tea (and some other fun beverages), tasting some of my latest recipes, and encouraging each other on our health journeys.
I have since shared this message with countless women over the past few years, in small groups, one-on-one in client sessions, and with large audiences.
But, I haven’t gotten to share it yet with you. I wish that we could just sit down together and talk — face to face — over a cup of tea.
However, since some of you live too far away to join me for a cup of tea, I thought that offering an online course would be a wonderful way to share this encouragement and message with you.
