Method
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
- Store in the refrigerator 2-3 days or freeze in small glass jars for a quick and wholesome snack or side.

- Pairs nicely with rice cakes, LEAP friendly tortilla chips, as a sandwich spread, stuffed into mini peppers, or as a dip for carrots or celery.
- Try substituting lemon for lime if that works better for you.
- Swap out coriander for cumin.
- Kick it up a notch with 1/8 teaspoon or more of cayenne pepper
- Love garlic? Toss in 1/2-1 teaspoon of garlic powder along with the other ingredients
