Pineapple Coconut Electrolyte Cooler

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups coconut water no added fillers!
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1/4 cup 100% pineapple juice
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Equipment

  • Pitcher or Large Jar

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a pitcher or large jar.
  2. Refrigerate up to 1 week.
  3. Drink as needed throughout the day.

Notes

Kitchen Notes: May be frozen in silicone molds for an icy, hydrating treat or try heating for a cold-weather beverage. For a less intense hydration solution you may use less coconut water and more filtered water.
