– Fatigue, inflammation, or gut issues
– Perimenopause and hormone-related changes
– General wellness and prevention
You don’t need a clinical diagnosis to work with a nutrition provider.

Why Women Trust Bethany with Their Nutrition Care
Real words from women and families who found clarity, nourishment, and healing through personalized nutrition care with Bethany Thomson at Ingrained Nutrition Therapy
She helped me uncover the root cause—and my heart palpitations finally stopped.
I started working with Bethany in February of 2020 after seeing my PCP and cardiologist regarding heart palpitations. Neither could give me answers as to why I was having them. All my tests came back normal, and the cardiologist told me it was possibly a side effect from Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. He gave me a beta blocker and sent me on my way.
I wasn’t satisfied with the lack of answers, so I contacted Bethany. Bethany listened and truly understood my concern. After reviewing all my symptoms, diagnosis, supplements, and medications, she concluded the heart palpitations were most likely due to a high dose of a supplement I was taking.
She helped me order additional supplements to counteract the symptoms, and I’m happy to say—it worked! By mid-April 2020, I had weaned off the beta blocker, and my heart palpitations have been gone ever since.
She was so helpful throughout the process—always prompt to answer questions, no matter how random. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about supplements and nutrition as a whole, and I would highly recommend consulting with Bethany for any health concerns you may have. I will definitely be using her again in the future.

She listens and gently encourages each woman she works with.
If you are considering working with Bethany at Ingrained Living, I wholeheartedly recommend it! After being acquainted with her from church, I first encountered her professionally at a Wholesome Nutrition workshop she did quite a few years ago. I learned so much and still use the knowledge I gained from those sessions.
— Laura, Client
Shortly after that, she was able to help my son with food sensitivity testing and recommendations around a health concern. My most recent work with Bethany has been through participation in her Wholesome Reset program in a group setting. It was a very successful experience that gave me helpful and practical nutritional information, guidance, and encouraging support. I even went on to do another individual Reset after maintaining my weight loss for several months.
Overall, Bethany’s knowledge allows her to listen and gently encourage each woman she works with. I hope you give her a chance to listen to and help you!
Knowledgeable Advisor and Compassionate Guide in Midlife
In Bethany at Ingrained Living, I have found a trusted, caring, compassionate, and highly knowledgeable advisor and companion as I navigate my nutritional concerns—especially in midlife. She truly loves nutrition and caring for people.
Her holistic approach—caring for both body and soul—drives the integrated care she provides, meeting needs at many levels, not just the presenting concern.
Highly recommend Bethany at Ingrained Living.

From Intimidated to Empowered: “She Gave Me the Tools and Support I Needed”
I am so thankful I started working with Bethany! I was pretty clueless about functional nutrition and pretty intimidated about the idea of making changes to my diet and lifestyle, but a friend encouraged me to try it—and I’m so glad I did.
Bethany is so knowledgeable, and also so gentle and encouraging. She equipped me with knowledge, practical tools and tips, and the moral support I needed to make some changes that helped me feel so much better!
I would highly recommend her to anyone—especially anyone who wants to make a change but feels intimidated or unsure of what the first step should be.
