The Trio Rhythms™: Tending, Planting, and Resting for Purposeful Living
The Tending Trio™ & Planting Trio™: Rhythms for Faithful, Purposeful Living
We flourish when we tend what matters, plant with intention, and rest in trust.
Welcome to the Trio Rhythms—simple daily patterns for wholehearted, sustainable living.
What are the Trio Rhythms?
They’re simple, sacred rhythms for women doing the holy and hard work of living with purpose.
Life is full—beautiful, brutal, and everything in between.
Whether you’re navigating motherhood, caregiving, career, calling, or just the ongoing weight of daily life… it’s easy to feel scattered, soul-tired, or like you’re always one step behind.
That’s why I created the Tending Trio and the Planting Trio—two intentional daily rhythms to help you anchor your energy and align your days with what matters most so that you can live a fulfilling, wholesome life of purpose and peace in your body, mind, and spirit.
These rhythms help cultivate what I call the Wholesome Harvest™—the fruit of tending your life with intention and showing up faithfully in the middle of real life.
Each rhythm supports one of the two core dimensions of a wholehearted life:
The Tending Trio nurtures your Wholeness—caring for your body, mind, and spirit.
The Planting Trio fuels your Purpose—showing up with intention in your work, relationships, and calling.
Whether your days feel scattered or steady, these two rhythms offer a gentle way to come home to what matters. The Tending Trio helps you care for your inner life so you can be well. The Planting Trio helps you show up in your outer life so you can be faithful. Together, they create a rhythm of wholeness and purpose—nourishing the kind of life that bears lasting fruit.
The Tending Trio
This rhythm is about you—your body, mind, and soul.
Think of it as nourishment for your inner garden.
Each day, I ask:
What’s one way I will care for my body? My mind? My spirit?
It’s not another to-do list.
It’s an invitation to tend gently to what’s been entrusted to you: you.
Here’s what that might look like:
- Take my foundational women’s health nutrition supplements
- Declutter my bathroom counter so my mind feels calmer in the morning
- Listen to chapter one of 1 John while I get ready
These aren’t huge accomplishments.
They’re small acts of care for myself that bring me back to wholeness—one gentle touchpoint at a time.
The Planting Trio
This one’s about your impact—your calling, creativity, and faithfulness.
Each morning, I name three small, essential seeds I want to plant that day.
Not everything will bloom at once. But when I sow with intention, I see fruit over time.
My Planting Trio might include:
- Recording a podcast episode about hormone health
- Outlining week 2 of a nutrition class for teen girls
- Writing a heartfelt email to a client
I’ve found that naming these three small, meaningful tasks brings surprising clarity—and keeps me from chasing the urgent at the expense of what matters.
Even if the laundry isn’t folded and dinner’s from the freezer, if I plant my trio, the day has purpose.

I’m a Full Focus Certified Pro, and I help women integrate this beautiful tool in a way that aligns with real life—not hustle culture.
I use it to track my Tending Trio, outline my Planting Trio, and reflect on the presence of rest in my week.

Where the Trio Rhythms Began
I didn’t set out to create a framework.
I was just trying to survive.
I had purpose. I had an incredible surge of creative energy.
I even had vision—but it wasn’t focused. It was expansive, untamed, and easily scattered.
And I kept getting pulled away from the very people I wanted to be present with—because I couldn’t rest in what I had already done, or believe that it was enough.
The mindset had been ingrained in me from early on: there is always more to be done.
Even when my intentions were good, I didn’t have a rhythm that made room for both my healing and my calling.
I didn’t need a performance plan.
I needed a rhythm that honored my body, my story, and my spirit.
I needed a trellis—for both growth and rest.
That’s when the Tending Trio was born—three small, daily ways to offer myself nourishment, clarity, and peace.
A rhythm of rest I could return to, even when life felt undone.
Later, the Planting Trio followed.
Not to hustle—but to gently anchor my focus and move toward the work I was called to do.
Three small seeds, planted in faith that God would be faithful to complete the good work He began in me.
Together, they became the Trio Rhythms—a simple, sacred framework I now share with women doing the holy and hard work of living with intention.
If this rhythm speaks to your soul, stay tuned.
A guided 6-Week Reset is coming soon—a quiet, grounded invitation to begin living this out one step at a time.
These rhythms aren’t about checking boxes or chasing productivity.
They’re about faithful presence—tending your soul and planting what matters.
You’re not behind.
You’re becoming.
Let’s plant with intention and tend with purpose.
