Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Services
Extending the care you provide through individualized, evidence-based nutrition care that supports the whole person
Partnering with Healthcare Providers
At Ingrained Nutrition Therapy, I partner with healthcare professionals to provide individualized, evidence-based medical nutrition therapy that complements your care.
My goal is to help patients translate nutrition recommendations into practical, sustainable lifestyle changes that improve long-term health.
Why Refer to a Registered Dietitian?
Registered dietitian nutritionists are the nutrition experts on the healthcare team, uniquely qualified to provide medical nutrition therapy for the prevention and management of chronic disease.
Many patients are overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice and struggle to know what applies to their individual health needs. Medical nutrition therapy extends the care provided during office visits by offering evidence-based, personalized nutrition counseling that helps patients translate recommendations into practical, sustainable lifestyle changes. By reinforcing the goals established by the healthcare team, patients are better equipped to improve their health and achieve lasting success.
