Welcome Hour
Whether your body feels weary or your soul longs for rest, a Welcome Hour with Bethany is your first step to gently discerning what’s next in your healing journey.
This is an invitation to a different kind of beginning.
If you’re considering what it would look like to begin your pathway to healing work with me, the Welcome Hour is where we begin. Rooted in presence and prayerful discernment, it’s a sacred space to slow down, be heard, and gently explore what healing might look like in this season of your life.
Welcome to your Threshold of Healing
A nourishing, grace-filled space to begin your journey toward wholeness.
This is not a sales call.
This is a Welcome Hour—an unhurried, deeply present conversation where your story, symptoms, and soul are held with compassion.
Whether your body feels weary from lingering symptoms or your spirit longs for rest, this Welcome Hour offers a gentle space to begin again.

What to Expect
A Welcome Hour is a 60-minute private conversation with Bethany, offered virtually.
It’s slow, intentional, and deeply personal—like sitting down for tea together.
- A safe space — free from fixing or pressure, where your story is honored with compassion.
- A sacred pause — an unhurried moment in your journey to feel seen, heard, and held.
- A gentle time of discernment — to explore what your body and soul have been holding, and whether one of my seasonal offerings or signature pathways—functional nutrition therapy and holistic coaching, or spiritual and soul care—is the next right step, or if I can support you differently in this season.
- Ingrained Restoration – a body-rooted healing journey grounded in functional nutrition and holistic coaching
- Ingrained Renewal – a soul-rooted coaching experience grounded in rest, reflection, and identity
Or perhaps your story is being led in a different direction for now—and that’s sacred too.
There is no pressure, only presence.
Before You Book
To honor the depth of our time together, I kindly ask you to complete the brief Welcome Hour Reflection Form found in the link before scheduling. This helps me prepare for our time together with a clearer understanding of your story and how I can best support you.
You’ll also be gently invited to share your mailing address if you’d like to receive a small welcome gift before our call.
This is Your Invitation
Whatever brings you here—whatever you’re carrying—you don’t have to carry it alone.
This is the beginning of a pilgrimage—one marked by grace, discernment, and the quiet courage to come home to wholeness.
Come as you are. I’ll be waiting for you there.
With grace and hope,
Bethany
